The IEP Process The Impact of Multicultural Understanding on Instruction and Communication
This course is designed to examine the key components of the IEP process and the role of the paraeducator in its implementation. This course will explain the history of racial discrimination in education and examine two education laws and one civil rights law that ensure equal opportunities for all students and prohibit discrimination based on disability.
