This training tool teaches paraprofessionals how to provide instructional support for educators and support academic achievement for students. Designed to be completed in 30 to 60 minutes, the training focuses on classroom concerns involving differentiating instruction, universal design for learning, positive behavioral interventions, social and emotional learning, and more.

A reproducible workbook filled with engaging activities and reflection exercises complements an MP4 video file download. While learning about concepts in the video, paraprofessionals complete the workbook -- a combination approach that teaches and reinforces best practices to:
