This course explains the basics of disability discrimination law including disability-based harassment – an often overlooked area of the law that is costly to agencies. After completing this course, you’ll be able to:

• Explain the history and intent of the Rehabilitation Act and ADA
• Determine if someone is a "qualified individual with a disability"
• Identify and effectively respond to harassment claims of individuals with disabilities
