The regulations and case law affecting these areas are reviewed. This course equips practitioners to advise management on the best ways to prevent complaints of sex discrimination and sexual harassment, and how to avoid agency liability when they do occur.

- Analyze how workplace atmosphere and behavior of complainants and coworkers can determine the outcome of a sexual harassment complaint.
