  • Describe what workplace behaviors can trigger a successful complaint of harassment on the basis of ethnic factors.
  • Explain how the law treats complaints by members of the majority groups as well as minorities
  • Complete chapter assessments with 100% mastery and the final assessment with 80% mastery.
