The No FEAR Act requires all federal agencies to train new employees within 90 calendar days of their appointment as well as provide refresher training for all employees every two years on employee rights and available remedies under antidiscrimination and whistleblower protection laws. Administered in accordance with these guidelines and viewed in its entirety, this six-part video satisfies the mandatory training requirement.
