Conference recording from the Saturday Symposium presented by Eric Herlan and John Hoover

Eric Herlan analyzes anti-bullying laws and reviews the most recent judicial decisions, including those involving alleged denials of FAPE under the IDEA. Then bullying expert John Hoover shares recent data on the degree to which child-on-child aggression predicts suicide ideation as well as the learning and wellness of children. He provides specific suggestions for managing cyberbullying, and offers a bullying prevention model for the classroom.

The 33rd National Institute will be held May 6 - 9, 2012 in San Antonio.
