Learn how to merge the elements of evidence-based behavior interventions with the three-tiered RTI model to improve students’ behavioral and academic outcomes. You’ll learn how to identify and select evidence-based interventions and apply them in a three-tiered model of behavioral support; use progress monitoring data to choose type, duration and intensity of interventions; decide when to maintain, modify, intensify or stop interventions; determine if an intervention “fits” a student; and integrate academic and behavioral supports in RTI and IEP team contexts.
