This course was designed to help district and campus administrators learn how NCLB defines the term “scientifically based research” and how to support and monitor the implementation of evidence-based programs and practices. The course was also developed to share proven instructional strategies that should be used by teachers to improve the academic achievement of all students, including students with disabilities.
