This 90-minute course examines federal guidelines surrounding the transition of students from high school to life after graduation. You also explore the difference between high school and post-secondary education, get strategies for developing rigorous work-based learning opportunities for high school students with disabilities and learn how to teach students with disabilities to develop self-advocacy knowledge and skills.
