Paraeducators: LifeLines in the Classroom Training Modules are designed to train instructional paraeducators who support students with disabilities in general and special education classrooms. Each Training Module provides solid instruction on key content knowledge and collaborative skills - so your paraeducators learn how to effectively meet the needs of students with disabilities and, at the same time, receive ongoing training and professional development as required under NCLB and IDEA.

Each Module includes a CD-ROM containing participant handouts, overheads and resources; suggested timing, content breaks, pacing and activities for a single 6-hour session, two 3-hour sessions or four 1-1/2 hour sessions. Plus, you receive facilitator tips to create and provide an inviting learning environment.
