Individual Training
Once an order has been placed for a course(s), you will be sent an e-mail with a link to a page where you will be asked to register for your purchased course(s). Once you complete your registration, you can then take the course at anytime. You have one year from the date of purchase to complete the course.

cyberFEDS^® eLearning EEO courses help you meet your annual mandatory EEOC training requirements
EEO courses can be applied towards the 32-hour training requirement for new EEO counselors and investigators and the annual 8-hour update training for current EEO professionals required by the EEOC.

To apply for IACET CEUs for cyberFEDS^® eLearning courses that you take, you must:

• Complete all course chapters/modules
• Pass each chapter assessment at the required mastery level
• Pass the final course assessment at the required mastery level.
• Submit a completed IACET CEU Application and Course Evaluation to LRP's IACET CEU Coordinator per instructions provided on the selected course's training menu.
